Our Proactive Monitoring and Maintenance service is all about looking at your existing developments and seeing where they’re no longer compliant with newer versions of Dynamics 365 Business Central. Once something has been identified our team will get to work on updating anything and ensuring you can upgrade to the latest version without any issues.

Our response time varies depending on the complexity and severity of the issue. For critical issues, we prioritize immediate attention to minimize downtime. Non-critical issues are addressed based on their priority and impact on your operations. We can share a copy of our Service Level Agreements on request.

Yes, we offer custom development and configuration support to tailor Dynamics 365 Business Central to your specific business processes within fair use. Where you have more complex requirements these will be treated as Change Requests and estimated separately.

As part of our support offering we can provide training for quick 10 to 15 minutes on topic you need. Anything outside of this would be treated as a Change Request and be estimated separately.

This depends on if your On-Premise or on a SaaS model. Using SaaS, all backups and data security is handled directly through Microsoft. We will also ensure that you handle any permissions appropriately. If using On-Premise then we will review your current setup and work with you to ensure the best strategy is in place. If you prefer to outsource this then that’s not problem. We can help to advise on the best approach.
