Tecvia have developed two approaches for the implementation process.
Approach 1 –with this option Tecvia will be with you every step of the way from start to finish. We use a configuration tracker to identify and monitor each stage of the process. This enables us to manage the implementation from importing the data to the set up. Our team will provide training for you to test the solution and then plan for the going live stage. This option is well suited for those businesses that are new to ERP and bespoke solutions.
Approach 2 – here we start with documenting the solution and produce a Functional Requirements Document which essentially is the blueprint for building the system. Once this plan has been approved, we revert to the stages in Approach 1
