Our Story

We founded Tecvia because UK SMEs kept getting the same deal from large ERP providers. They paid enterprise prices, then waited in a queue behind enterprise clients, with implementation teams who had never set foot in a warehouse or a production line.

Our team has spent years working across the Dynamics ecosystem, from Navision through to the current Business Central cloud releases. That history matters when you inherit a system someone else built, or when you are migrating off an older version under a support deadline.

We deliberately specialise rather than sell to everyone. Manufacturing, food and beverage, distribution, life sciences and medical devices each have their own compliance rules, traceability needs and ways of working, and we build our implementations around them rather than forcing a generic template.

What We Do

We handle the full lifecycle of your ERP system, so you deal with one team rather than three suppliers. That covers implementation from discovery through to go-live, custom development built to Microsoft’s standards, and ongoing support from consultants who already know your setup. We also migrate businesses off legacy Dynamics NAV without losing their history, take over support from other providers, and connect Power BI reporting and Shopify e-commerce once your system is live.

Implementation

We run discovery, configuration, data migration, training and go-live as one managed project, so you always know what stage you are at and what happens next.

Development

When Business Central out of the box does not quite fit, we build custom extensions and integrations to Microsoft's standards, so upgrades do not break your customisations later.
