Tecvia is growing, and we want to introduce the two people who have just joined the team.
Welcome to Javeria Islam, Developer, and Susan Sorayarnthanawut, Applications Support Consultant.
They are joining at a time when the business is moving quickly. New customers are coming on board. New products are in development. And the team needs to reflect that.
Who Has Joined
Javeria Islam joins Tecvia as a Developer. She will be working on some exciting internal projects, as well as supporting customer projects. She brings strong technical skills and will help us build and improve our solutions.
Susan Sorayarnthanawut joins as an Applications Support Consultant. She will be supporting our existing clients and helping improve the way we deliver support. She brings great experience and will play an important role in strengthening our customer service.
Why We Have Grown The Team
This is not growth for the sake of it.
Tecvia has been winning new customers and we want to support everyone to the highest standard.
We are also developing new products. That work takes time and focus. It needs people who are not already stretched across client projects. Bringing Javeria in gives us the capacity to build properly rather than fitting it around everything else.
The same logic applies to support. As the client base grows, so does the volume of day-to-day queries, configuration requests, and system questions. Susan’s role means we can keep response times tight and service quality high, even as the number of clients increases.
These two hires are a direct response to increased demand.
What It Means For Existing Clients
If you are already working with Tecvia, this is straightforward good news.
More capacity in development means projects move faster. More resource in support means you wait less and get better answers when you need them. The team has grown specifically because the business needed to keep up with what clients are asking for.
What It Means if You Are Considering Tecvia
If you are looking at Tecvia for the first time, what you are seeing is a business that is building properly.
It would be easy to take on new clients without adding headcount. Some businesses do. The quality slips, the response times stretch, and clients start to feel like they are at the back of a queue.
That is not the approach here. When demand increases, the team grows to match it. These hires are evidence of that.
A Word from Vaseem
“It’s a really exciting time for Tecvia. As the business grows, we are bringing in the right people to support our customers and build for the future.”-Vaseem Ali, CEO, Tecvia
What Comes Next
The team is growing because the business is growing. New products are in development. New services are on the way. We will share more detail on both over the coming months.
